1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Answered AI (ABN: XX XXX XXX XXX), a Victoria, Australia based AI automation agency. By engaging our services or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Answered AI provides done-for-you AI receptionist services for health practices, including:

  • AI voice agent setup, configuration, and ongoing management
  • Integration with practice management software (HotDoc, Cliniko, Nookal)
  • Weekly performance reporting
  • White-label partnership arrangements for marketing agencies

3. Fees and payment

Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer as outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue.

4. Minimum term and cancellation

All service agreements carry a 3-month minimum term. After the minimum term, agreements continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@answeredai.com.au. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate practice information during onboarding
  • Ensuring your phone system supports call forwarding to our service number
  • Notifying us promptly of changes to opening hours, services, or staff
  • Compliance with your own professional obligations under applicable health regulations

6. Limitation of liability

Answered AI is not liable for missed calls, appointment losses, or revenue impact arising from technical failures outside our control, including failures of third-party platforms (Vapi, Twilio, HotDoc, Cliniko, Nookal). Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month of service.

7. Intellectual property

All AI configurations, prompt systems, workflows, and templates created by Answered AI remain the intellectual property of Answered AI. Upon termination, client data is returned or deleted as requested. Digital products (templates, kits) are licensed for single-business use and may not be resold.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
